Richard N. Stevens OA Chief's Lodge Project
On January 1, 1995, the Koi Hatchie Lodge of the Delta Area Council and the Chickasah Lodge of the Chickasaw Council merged, and the Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge was formed. The Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge provides service to both Kia Kima Scout Reservation and Camp Currier, their Scouting units, and for several council-wide events. For over 28 years, since the Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge has existed, there has never been a physical lodge for our Arrowmen to call their own.
We are now presented with the opportunity to make that dream a reality by building what will be known as the Richard N. Stevens OA Chief’s Lodge. This structure will be built where the old Cub Pavilion currently stands at Camp Currier and will be a prominent building in the center of camp. The completion of this project depends on our friends, current Arrowmen, and alumni of Koi Hatchie, Chickasah, and Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodges. Sponsorship of this project ensures a lodge for current and future members of the Order of the Arrow.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 for the completion of this project. Any money raised above our goal to complete this project will be set aside for a trail to be created from the Chief’s Lodge to the lodge’s ceremony site location and building maintenance. To help Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge reach its goal, please fill out this form with your payment by March 1, 2024.
If mailing in your check please make checks payable to Chickasaw Council, and include "RNS Lodge Project" on the memo line.
