All Scouts, leaders, alumni, and anyone with a sense of adventure and a desire to serve youth are invited to apply to work on the summer camp staff of Kia Kima Scout Reservation. Located in Hardy, Arkansas, Kia Kima is the summer camp of the Chickasaw Council. Each year, the Kia Kima Board of Directors hires nearly one hundred staff members to facilitate programs, lead merit badge sessions, work in food service, and more.
