B.A.L.O.O. Training, November 2-3, 2019

The Eastern District will be offering the Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (B.A.L.O.O.) at Camp Currier from November 2-3, 2019. (The course begins on Saturday, November 2, at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, November 3, at 12:00 p.m.) The cost to participate is $25.00. Click here for the event flyer.

Who Should Attend?

  • Any registered Cub Scout leader including Cubmasters, den leaders, assistants, and committee members.
  • Any parents who are interested in Cub Scout camping events. This training will give the skills to assist registered leaders on outdoor events

What is B.A.L.O.O.?

  • B.A.L.O.O. is a training that teaches adults how to run exciting outdoor Cub Scout events!
  • Learn how to plan and execute Cub Scout camping events. Creating a safe environment for families to have great food while having fun and making memories.
  • Campsite selection and setup, meal planning, cooking and cleaning, program planning, plus other topics will all be discussed!
