B.A.L.O.O. at Camp Currier, October 22-23, 2021
Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (B.A.L.O.O.) training is required for Cub Scout leaders (den leaders, assistants, committee members, Cubmasters, anyone interested in helping Cub Scout leaders on camping trips) to facilitate great camping experiences for Cub Scouts. The cost to participate in this training is $25.00 per person, which includes all food and training materials for the weekend.
Why should I attend BALOO Training?
- To learn how the plan and execute a Cub Scout camping experience that the boys and their families will never forget and one that provides fun, safety, good food, and fellowship.
- BSA requires that at least one B.A.L.O.O. trained adult attend every Cub Scout camping trip.

Prerequisite Information
You must take the online Prerequisite B.A.L.O.O. Training in your My.Scouting.org account. Use the same account that you took the Youth Protection Training. Please bring proof of completion of this training with you.
